Reporting to our CFO, we are now looking for a Commercial Analytics Manager who will be responsible for leading the commercial analysis function. Partnering with the Commercial & Finance team, the CAM will build solutions and identify opportunities to enhance processes that enable reliable and consistent business decision making built upon solid analysis. This role will drive business growth and improve overall profitability. You will be responsible for: Budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial strategy planning Commercial presentation preparation and delivery to support key partners and external stakeholders Competitor analysis, financial modelling and business case writing on ideas including retrospective analysis on ideas implemented Collaboration with the Data Engineering team to identify issues and improve systems, processes, and data sources for the betterment of the business Influencing key non-finance stakeholders to ensure business problems are identified early and solutions can be effectively presented and implemented Identifying and working with key strategic/business development teams on key innovations to improve the Luxury Escapes business Working with the wider team to implement, monitor and report on business initiatives What we are looking for: A degree in Commerce or Accounting or relevant subject along with ICAA or CPA qualification Extensive demonstrated experience within a commercial environment Demonstrated experience in reporting and business intelligence tools with expert knowledge of SQL Proven experience in the provision of financial and commercial analysis Strong data analysis and modelling skills to analyse and present high volumes of data Exceptional communication skills - can impart complex financial information to a broad group of technical and non-technical stakeholders Ability to prioritise effortlessly to support business requirements Able to thrive on ambiguity and navigate a high growth environment What's in it for you?
