Job Description
Key Responsibilities Energy Market & Compliance - Manage AEMO settlements and ensure all market transactions comply with regulatory requirements. LGC Trading & Environmental Markets - Oversee Large-scale Generation Certificate (LGC) trading , ensuring revenue optimization and regulatory compliance. Operational Asset Management - Coordinate with O&M contractors to maximize asset performance, ensure contract compliance, and oversee operational reporting. Financial & Stakeholder Reporting - Prepare and deliver financial and operational performance reports to investors, lenders, and internal stakeholders. Project Finance Oversight - Administer loan agreements , ensure compliance with lender conditions, conduct DSCR and covenant testing , and manage loan repayments. Contract & Risk Management - Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders , including energy market operators, contractors, and financial institutions, ensuring all contractual obligations are met. Portfolio Growth & Expansion - Support the integration of new renewable energy assets , assisting with due diligence and transition processes. #J-18808-Ljbffr
