Achieve individual margin and volume targets while focusing on book growth, exceeding performance objectives. Drive client acquisition, volume/margin, and relationship satisfaction, aligning with the business strategy. Collaborate with Associate Relationship Managers to foster quality client relationships. Manage client relationships, utilising internal resources to maximise satisfaction and retention. Work with accountants to understand clients' financial goals and implement plans to achieve them. Your Skills and Experience Proven experience in commercial lending. Passion for business development and a strong track record of success. Desirable: Small to medium business experience.
