As a BOQ Specialist, you will have the opportunity to build a customer book from scratch by leveraging broker and banker connections. About the Role Promote our commercial product offering to clients, assessing their financial situation and objectives to develop tailored solutions that meet their needs. Achieve individual margin and volume targets while focusing on book growth, exceeding performance objectives through effective time management and prioritization. Drive client acquisition, volume/margin, and relationship satisfaction, aligning with the business strategy by fostering strong relationships with internal stakeholders. Collaborate with Associate Relationship Managers to develop and maintain quality client relationships that drive long-term growth. Manage client relationships, utilizing internal resources to maximize satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and issue resolution. Work closely with accountants to understand clients' financial goals and implement plans to achieve them, providing expert advice and guidance throughout the process. Your Skills and Experience Proven experience in commercial lending, with a strong track record of success in developing and maintaining customer relationships. Passion for business development and a proven ability to drive growth through innovative thinking and strategic planning. Desirable: Small to medium business experience, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by businesses in this sector.
