We are seeking a skilled Commercial Project Supervisor with substantial experience to join our team and oversee projects within the corporate sector including shopping centres, airports, and hospitals. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our projects while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Responsibilities: Supervise all activities to ensure compliance with project schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols. Coordinate with project teams and contractors to streamline operations and address any issues that may arise. Monitor inventory levels and procurement processes to ensure seamless workflow and avoid disruptions. Implement cost-effective measures to optimize resource utilization and maximize project profitability. Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement. Maintain accurate records of all activities, including expenditures, inventory levels, and project milestones within the job management software. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and exceed client expectations. Requirements: Proven experience in commercial project supervision on smaller fast-paced projects up to $3M in value. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve excellence. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software. Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and best practices. Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends if required.
