About The Role As a Customer Service Commercial Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination of commercial projects. You will act as a key point of contact between customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, accurately, and in line with customer expectations. Your role involves managing the order book, aligning delivery dates and coordinating stock availability. What You'll Do Start your day by reviewing project status and updates from the offshore team, ensuring the accuracy of the order book and addressing any discrepancies. Communicate with customers to confirm their delivery requirements, aligning on dates and expectations for ongoing projects. Collaborate with the supply chain team to monitor stock levels, proactively identifying any potential shortages and working with sales to offer solutions. Coordinate with logistics to release orders, manage any credit blocks, and ensure that deliveries are on track. Host regular check-ins with internal stakeholders—sales, logistics, and supply chain—to track project progress and resolve any issues that arise. Troubleshoot order-related issues, communicate updates to the customer, and escalate complex problems as needed. End your day by reviewing the next steps for each project and preparing instructions for the offshore team regarding order changes or updates. Who You Are Organized and Detail-Oriented: You have a knack for managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. Proactive Problem-Solver: You anticipate issues before they arise and work proactively to find solutions, especially when it comes to stock availability and delivery schedules. Strong Communicator: Whether you’re liaising with customers or coordinating with internal teams, you excel at conveying clear, concise, and actionable information. Collaborative Team Player: You enjoy working in a cross-functional environment, collaborating with offshore teams, sales, logistics, and supply chain to drive successful outcomes. Customer-Focused: You put the customer at the heart of everything you do, ensuring that their expectations are not only met but exceeded. Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable using MS Excel and ERP system (SAP experience preferred). #J-18808-Ljbffr
