The Opportunity A boutique commercial group that does a mix of their own developments and third-party builds. Their next key project is a $12m medical centre – D&C project in Melbourne’s SE. Report to the Director and you will have a full-time CA to assist you. Good pipeline of ongoing work beyond this. Your Responsibilities Project Planning & Programming Budget Management Subcontractor and Supplier Negotiation Team Leadership Contract Management Risk Management Contractor Communications Site Team Management Progress Reporting Client Relations Experience/Qualifications: A track record in successful project delivery of commercial construction projects – D&C experience is required. Outstanding client and stakeholder management skills. Keen financial acumen with strong reporting skills.
