Techworks Electrical is a West Australian company that provides an extensive range of commercial electrical contracting services to all levels of Government and Private Industry. We have a reputation for providing workmanship and service of the highest standards in construction and/or maintenance across the State. We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Commercial Projects Leading Hand to join our team in the South West, based out of Busselton, Margaret River, or Dunsborough. This is a site-based role stretching from Margaret River to Dunsborough with a pipeline of work in the Region. To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate: Electrical installation and maintenance experience Proficiency in data and communications work Ability to manage multiple tradespeople and apprentices Skilled in liaising with builders, clients, and consultants Exceptional customer service and communication skills Professional and positive attitude Pride in your work and presentation Competent in fault finding and problem-solving Ability to organise subcontractors and suppliers at various job stages Ability to forecast labour and material resources Review of onsite works against relevant programs Strong commitment to safety and quality To be successful in this role, you will need to hold: Electrical Licence Minimum 3 years of commercial experience (preferred) Valid C-Class WA driver’s license National Police Clearance Open cabling registration (communications) What we offer: Stable Career: Full-time, long-term opportunities.
