A large Commercial Tier 2 Builder requires a Leading Hand and Foreman for night shift work on a $100 million commercial refurbishment project in Inner Sydney.The Opportunity: Working for a busy Commercial Head Contractor on a $100 million commercial refurbishment project in Inner Sydney 8pm to 4am shift initially, on rotation Managing all trades and reporting to a Site Manager $130k to $160k package, plus uplifts for night work Long term permanent opportunity Site based in Inner Sydney 18 month program On completion of the projects, these roles may transition into typical day shift positions The Company: A large, established Commercial Builder with 30 years of trading history Reporting to a Site Manager $300 million turnover This successful contractor focuses on commercial, education, and government fit out, refurbishment, and construction projects in the $10 - 100 million range Sites across Sydney CBD and Sydney Metro 100+ staff in the business You will have: A Trade Certificate, Carpentry Cert III preferred Previous supervisory experience with a principal builder is sought 1 year of site supervisory experience essential Ability to manage multiple trades Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with key clients Driven and keen to progress your career with a busy contractor A steady career history and previous site supervisor background Knowledge of Procore To apply for this role, please email your resume to Daniel Poole at Buildco Recruitment in WORD DOC format. #J-18808-Ljbffr
