The Client: The client is a large and reputable property group led by extremely hands-on Directors who will take you under their wing and develop your skills in sales and leasing. It's not often you get such one-to-one mentorship, which promises that you will learn the ropes quickly and earn generous commission! The Role: The client is looking for a highly driven Leasing Executive. You will be dealing with commercial office and industrial assets. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Preparing new listings for the commercial assets Conducting the relevant marketing and finding tenants to lease the properties Understanding the importance of developing excellent lines of communication with owners, tenants, and contractors Application processing Database management and general administration duties Inspections as needed Offering occasional assistance to the Property Manager & Sales Team Monday - Friday work hours To be considered for this role you must have: Class 2 Licence 3+ years experience in leasing A can-do attitude and self-motivated Eager to get stuck in and learn the ropes Driven by success and building your career!
