Reporting directly to the Construction Manager and working closely with senior leadership, you’ll oversee every aspect of project delivery – ensuring timelines are met, quality is maintained, and safety is prioritised. This is a role where your leadership and problem-solving skills will shine. THE DAY TO DAY: Take charge of daily site operations to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard. Lead and inspire subcontractors, trades, and site teams to achieve exceptional results. Proactively manage and resolve challenges to keep the site running smoothly. Uphold and enforce strict compliance with OH&S standards to ensure a safe workplace. Collaborate closely with the Construction Manager, project teams, and senior stakeholders to drive success. ABOUT YOU: You’re not just a Foreperson/Supervisor – you’re a leader who takes pride in delivering outstanding results. You’ll bring: A background in being a foreperson/supervisor on either low-rise apartment or mixed commercial construction projects. Exceptional communication and leadership skills to build trust and inspire teams. A deep understanding of construction processes, contracts, and safety standards. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to thrive under pressure. Relevant trade qualifications or tertiary education in construction (preferred).
