Manage a clean, low-maintenance portfolio of 200 tenancies, with 100 under a single landlord. Focus on building relationships with tenants and landlords, overseeing leases, renewals, and rent reviews. Enjoy strong support with all admin, maintenance, and accounts. Key Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of 200 tenancies (100 under one landlord) Oversee Lease Administration, renewals, and rent reviews Foster relationships with tenants and the landlord Supervise fit-outs and manage rental arrears, outgoing reconciliations, and lease breaches Prepare reports, financial forecasts, and manage inspections Ensure quality contractor work and manage operational KPIs Skills & Experience: 4-5 years of commercial property management experience Real Estate License Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and communication skills Ability to work independently and within a team Valid car and driver’s license Apply: Please call Coralie Bradbery at 0431 996 432 for more information or email your CV to .
