We are looking for someone to join our team in Sydney to supply technical expertise, training, and support across multiple disciplines delivering VERIDAPT solutions, ensuring the highest level of customer outcomes achieved. Job Description What will you need to do: Collaborate with the Veridapt delivery team, customer, and installer to develop commissioning plans and documentation. Inspect installations prior to commissioning when on site. Perform commissioning tasks as per agreed commissioning plan (on site). Work closely with installer/partner to ensure commissioning tasks are complete as per agreed commissioning plan (remote). Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues (both on site and remotely) during the commissioning phase. Provide progress reports to the Veridapt PM. Ensure commissioning documentation is completed in a timely manner (check sheets, redlines, etc.). Work closely with the CX team to deliver on-site training. Assist with post go-live on-site support. Monitor AdaptIQ post go-live to ensure the site is ready to be handed over to CX. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on existing installs. Ensure safe systems of work practices are followed. Follow all WHS&E requirements. Qualifications You'll have: Tertiary qualifications in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical), Electrical, Fitter, or a related discipline. Must hold a valid driver's license. 5+ years of experience in electrical commissioning within an industrial environment. Mining experience highly regarded. Understanding of diesel fuel systems/infrastructure highly regarded. Willingness to complete and pass employment medicals. Strong experience with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Experience and understanding of instrumentation, control systems, and networking communications. Strong communication skills (verbal and written). High level of attention to detail. * Please note there is travel involved in this role (domestic and international). You need to be okay with working in varied environments (mix of office, site & home) and being away from home for longer periods.
