Glencore Coal Assets Australia Collinsville Coking Coal Project Internal applicants only/Secondment opportunity Reporting to the Project Manager, the Commissioning Manager will be required to work proactively to deliver their scope to a high standard in a safe and timely manner to meet budgeted timeframes. The Commissioning Manager will work closely with the Project Manager, the project team and the operations team. In this role you will be responsible for: Developing commissioning plans for all of the project commissioning Liaising with equipment suppliers and process control engineers responsible for coding the upgrade Coordinating a small commissioning team to complete the C3 - C6 Commissioning Works for the Collinsville Coking Coal Project Managing the handover to site including development of a training/familiarisation package and rolling it out to all crews. Meeting targets and deadlines. About you: You are a degree qualified Process Engineer, Chemical Engineer or equivalent You have the ability to fault find and develop innovative solutions to complex problems You have proven skills to work both autonomously and as a part of a team. You have the ability to liaise with key stakeholders. You possess good interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills. You have a good understanding of the safety and environmental expectations for works in a mining context. You have previous process experience in CHPPs (essential) You have demonstrated capacity to maintain a high level of positive safety performance and workplace culture through teamwork, personal commitment, and application of the company values.
