Communications and Change Manager - South Bank, QLD Job no: 524734WLBrand: Product and TechnologyWork type: Full timeLocation: QueenslandCategories: Information & Technology As the Product Communications & Change Manager, you'll be responsible for the communications strategy, planning, and communication execution across multiple teams to ensure that our communications are coordinated and consistent. This will include communications in relation to major new initiatives, smaller releases, and business-as-usual activities. If you'd like to manage communications and change to our people and customers in a B2B environment while incorporating a number of different projects, please apply! Day to day: Drive the internal communications strategy and plan to deliver engaging communications to our people Understand the impacts of releases and changes, and craft appropriate supporting communications Develop communications for weekly, monthly, and ad hoc needs Use innovative approaches to ensure the information reaches staff in busy environments Build strong working relationships at all levels with our teams Work collaboratively with portfolio and product teams to support change and communications Identify opportunities for improving communications processes Carry out research internally and within the market and competitors to ensure we communicate effectively Support the delivery teams in delivering quality communications to support change management globally Work closely with internal change management teams to ensure users are fully prepared for upcoming releases You'll be perfect for the role if you have: Minimum 3 years experience within a change, communications, marketing, or a project management role within a large, multidisciplinary organisation Understanding of change methodologies Facilitating workshops and/or training session experience Experience conducting analysis of the impacts of change on the organisation, employees, customers, and business readiness Experience creating and delivering written and digital communications Experience working within a travel organisation (desirable) What you will enjoy: Culture: You will be employed by an inclusive company that offers a team culture like no other in the industry - Flight Centre Travel Group Australia is proud to be a certified Great Place To Work Australia New Zealand Pty Ltd.
