You will assist the team in the provision of its Commonwealth Home Support Program in accordance with the Commonwealth Home Support Program objectives with a strong focus on liaising with clients to plan their care needs and rostering to meet those needs. About You Ability to relate well to clients and carers and show a genuine interest in the welfare of the client Knowledge and understanding of Commonwealth Home Support Program You are currently studying or have successfully completed a Certificate III in Aged Care/Community Services/Disability work or equivalent Knowledge and experience with the delivery of high-quality programs with an enablement approach Current first aid and resuscitation certificates, or ability to obtain within 3 months of commencing employment Intermediate computer skills utilising MS Word, along with data entry and typing skills The ability to work autonomously and in a team, with a positive 'can do' attitude Lifestyle and Leisure Certificate IV will be highly regarded The Selection Process We encourage candidates to advise us of any accommodations they may need to ensure a smooth and inclusive experience throughout our recruitment process and work environment.
