Community Exercise Physiologist - Early Career & Experienced Our Sunshine Coast team welcomes applications from Exercise Physiologists to apply for a part-time role in the community. Let us give you a new career experience in community allied health with an EP team focused on continual discipline growth and development to provide the highest level of care to our clients. Gen Physio Exercise Physiologists provide a diverse range of care across a range of clients to support tailored care plans and help achieve their health goals. We love to work with our Clinicians to develop their caseloads based on their areas of interest and skillsets. How does Gen Physio support our EP team? Guided orientation into your new role - support to establish your caseload and ensure you feel confident in a new business. Team discipline-specific supervision meetings with the entire Gen Physio EP team to support you through your caseload and group learning opportunities with industry-leading professionals. Regular skills assessments to build your caseload based on your learning/interests. Supported clinical diary to help you achieve ideal caseload balance. MDT catch-ups with your team of fellow Exercise Physiologists, Speechies, OTs, PODs, Dietitians, and Physios. Additional Benefits on Offer: Competitive salary package. KPI bonuses - earn extra income each month with our industry low KPIs of 22.5 billable hours - tiered bonus system. $8,000 annual vehicle allowance (or option of fully serviced company vehicle). What We Need You to Have: Tertiary qualifications in Exercise Physiology and ESSA registration. National Police Check, First Aid, and CPR (or willing to obtain). Blue Card (Working with Children Check). Public Indemnity (PI) Insurance with a minimum of $10m cover (or willing to obtain). NDIS Workers screening (or willing to obtain). Current driver's license.
