Community Investment and Partnership Manager Roseberry Qld is seeking a Community Investment and Partnerships Manager to join our team in Gladstone, Qld. This role is responsible for leading and driving high impact growth, partnerships and development of fundraising. Along with individual giving management, including donor acquisition and membership drive, this role will work to identify funding and partnership opportunities and achieve a five-year growth program. The Community Investment and Partnerships Manager will take the opportunity to grow and innovate across philanthropy streams and grow and maintain successful membership and major donor fundraising programs. You will have exceptional communication and relationship-building skills leading to effective engagement with donors and stakeholders, while your strong project management skills will enable you to manage multiple initiatives. You are self-motivated, entrepreneurial, results driven, and bring a high degree of professionalism and integrity to the position. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the Board and GM to build a comprehensive community investment, engagement and integrated fundraising strategy Design and implement a community investment strategy, including sponsorships, donations and in-kind support Develop strategies and plans for philanthropic giving, including successful income generation campaigns Identify, cultivate, and promote relationships with high-net-worth individuals/organisations who have the capacity to make significant donations, ensuring timely and appropriate proposals and engagement strategies Manage key partnerships, ensuring obligations are met and relationships are cultivated for long-term support Manage donors and develop a line of prospects and opportunities. Create and implement stewardship plans to maintain and grow donor relationships Develop and implement a strategy to grow gifts in Wills income for Roseberry Qld, including marketing campaigns and communications, legacy giving initiatives and membership Identify and pursue new funding opportunities with trusts and foundations that align with Roseberry Qld Develop and manage a portfolio of active and prospective trusts and foundations, ensuring communication and ongoing stewardship Develop annual plans, budget, and forecasts for fundraising Monitor fundraising performance against goals, providing regular reporting and analysis to the GM, with regular updates on progress and performance Facilitate donor-facing events, fundraising dinners, industry events, conferences and key stakeholder meetings to build relationships and enhance the visibility of Roseberry Qld Work alongside the GM/Board to develop relationships with individual donors, corporate partners, and philanthropic organisations to secure funding and sponsorships Oversee the development and implementation of new volunteer and membership streams to broaden community participation and support About Us Roseberry Qld is a leading non-profit organisation dedicated to improving the lives of individuals and families in regional Queensland.
