This is a unique opportunity for a professional with a background in community management, real estate, hospitality, or aged care to gain valuable on-the-job experience in the Land Lease industry.This role would suit a full-time Community Manager looking for an opportunity to develop new skills within a dynamic and growing sector.Key Responsibilities Build strong relationships within the local community to enhance the resident experience at Ingenia Lifestyle Drift. Engage with residents to curate a vibrant social and wellness program. Oversee all operational aspects of the Community, ensuring smooth day-to-day management. Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and community members. Manage financial aspects, including budgeting, profit and loss reporting, and forecasting. Lead and coordinate the onsite team, including maintenance, cleaning, and administration staff. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements. Maintain the Community’s high standards and presentation. Support the Construction and Development teams with new home installations and resale home refurbishments. About You Experience in real estate, hospitality, or aged care. A proactive self-starter, enthusiastic about delivering results and meeting operational goals. Strong relationship-building skills with residents and external stakeholders. Proven leadership and team management experience. Excellent customer service skills and a community-focused mindset. Strong administrative and financial management capabilities. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently using initiative and effective communication. Experience managing maintenance of buildings and grounds (desirable). Ability to remain calm and responsive in emergency situations.
