Community Manager - Vantage Logan Village Green We are looking for an experienced Community Manager for our beautiful over 50's lifestyle community located in Logan Village. About the role Based at one of our newest communities, Vantage Logan Village Green, this role is key to creating a vibrant community where Home Owners want to belong. We do this through the delivery of a customer focused, financially sustainable operating model. In this role you will be responsible for: Managing and overseeing day to day operations of the community in accordance with all relevant legislation and internal governance requirements Overseeing the financial performance of the community through effective budget/cost management ensuring all KPI targets are met Providing pro-active, high quality and consistent service to Home Owners and potential residents Building a strong culture of trust and safety within the community while maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders Leading community based staff by modelling actions and behaviours consistent with our values and customer focused operating model Skills and experience Previous experience as a Community or Resort Manager preferably in Land Lease Communities, Retirement Living, Hotel Management, Property Management, Holiday Parks or similar essential. Must have demonstrated ability to build and manage effective teams, experience with budget and cost management along with strong commercial acumen. Strong customer service skills. In addition, you will have: Intermediate to Advanced MS Office Skills ; Strong attention to detail; Excellent verbal/written and interpersonal communication skills; Current valid 'class c' drivers licence.
