Where you'll be working: Ryde Community Mental Health Centre, Eastwood What you'll be doing: This position will oversee the day-to-day operational aspects of Ryde Community Mental Health Centre (RCMHC) in conjunction with the Manager Acute Services NSRMHS, North Shore Ryde Mental Health Service (NSRMHS). You will provide leadership and management to all the Administration Assistants employed at RCMHC. People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply. Minimum Requirements: Previous experience in the provision of Office Management and/or in a Senior Administrative Position with proven excellent organisational, interpersonal and written skills. Proven ability to work autonomously, under pressure and to prioritise and meet deadlines with attention to detail and ability to work in a systematic and accurate capacity. Proven ability to anticipate, initiate and develop quality administrative procedures to improve work practices with an aptitude to use a creative approach to problem solving, implementation of technology and conflict resolution. Proven electronic communication skills; including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access & Email programs with experience in software packages such as Oracle, Healthroster, eMR, OfficeMax.
