Our client supports a mix of clients covering predominantly NDIS, home care packages, and some residential aged care, offering a varied caseload across the Central Coast or Newcastle, depending on your location. Local offices in both Newcastle and the Central Coast allow for regular team catchups and training. As a growing service, opportunities for specialisations and to become a Senior/Lead OT are available, with current recruitment for Lead OT, Speechies, and Physiotherapists due to growth. You will be a values-driven individual passionate about making a difference in the lives of your clients, and a true team player who enjoys multi-disciplinary collaboration. Our client also provides a company car, facilitating community-based work. To be considered, it is essential you have: General AHPRA registration as an OT and full working rights Ideally some post-graduate experience in either aged care or NDIS, but new graduates are also encouraged to apply A full driver's licence (vehicle can be provided, or car use reimbursement offered) This company has grown to be a leading privately owned regional health service in recent years while maintaining support, quality of service, and career development for their clinicians.
