About the Opportunity As a Community Performance Specialist, you’ll lead initiatives that build trust, inspire collaboration, and create meaningful connections with our host communities that align with our Sustainability Strategy and Thriving Communities Framework. Here’s what you’ll be doing: Designing and implementing community and stakeholder engagement frameworks that build lasting relationships. Leading community and stakeholder management plans that achieve win-win outcomes. Acting as the CRM guru for South Queensland, ensuring streamlined communication. Assessing and improving how our renewable energy projects impact local communities. Collaborating on CleanCo’s policy and advocacy strategies to influence positive change. Supporting the Board, CEO, and executives to shine as leaders in community engagement and social performance. About you Proven experience managing social and environmental impacts in project development or operations. Exceptional skills in stakeholder engagement, especially with First Nations peoples, landholders, and community groups. A knack for balancing diverse perspectives and finding win-win solutions. Knowledge of (or an eagerness to learn about) the energy sector. A tertiary qualification in social sciences, environmental science, communications, or law. You have a passion to be part of something bigger than yourself, that contributes to the delivery of a clean energy future crafted in Queensland.
