You’ll assist the Institute of Allied Health to develop learning and assessment materials for the Certificate III in Community Pharmacy. The Role: As a Course Resource Writer, you’ll assist the Institute of Allied Health to develop learning and assessment materials for the Certificate III in Community Pharmacy. You’ll work as an independent contractor and will be compensated per completed unit of competency. This is a fully remote position where you can work from anywhere. Responsibilities include: Develop and review core learning and assessment materials including written workbooks, assessment activities, facilitator (answer) guides and books of readings. Liaise with content/industry specialists involved in course development. Conduct research for learning materials as required. Proof all workbooks and books of readings for formatting, educational and grammatical correctness. Write and update mapping guides as required. Ensure learning materials meet all required learning outcomes. Incorporate feedback into learning materials. About you: Writing educational materials is ideal for experienced professionals who want to utilise their skills and knowledge to continue to make an impact in the sector. To be successful, you’ll have a relevant qualification in Community Pharmacy or a related field such as Pharmacy, Pharmacy Assistance, along with a minimum of 2 years’ experience (voluntary or paid) in a pharmacy or health context. In addition, you’ll have: Course development experience (preferably in the Vocational Education Sector). Well-developed communication skills. Good level of computer literacy.
