Burke and Beyond is a growing Disability Service Provider based in the Eastern and Southern suburbs of Melbourne. Due to continued expansion, we are looking for several support workers (casual) to join us. We have shifts available during the day and evening in the Ringwood, Balwyn, Blackburn, Dandenong, and Pakenham areas. Some weekend shifts are also available. Selection Criteria: Are you invested/aligned, adaptive, and flexible, with a positive attitude? Are you able to attend to shifts at short notice? Are you happy to work short (2 hour) shifts as well as longer shifts? Have a current driver’s license? A clearance from the NDIS commission? A certificate of covid vaccination, including the booster? Experience or interest in supporting people with a disability and/or a certificate IV in Disability or Community work would be an advantage. If you have these skills and display the behaviours described, as well as a commitment to empowering people with a disability, we would love to hear from you.
