About the role As the Community Transport Coordinator, you will facilitate and manage the delivery of transport services designed to enhance the independence, wellbeing, and social connections of older adults and their caregivers. This role combines considered planning, coordination, and service delivery to ensure our transport services meet the highest standards of accessibility, reliability, and safety. Join a team that is making a meaningful difference in the lives of our community. About you To succeed in this role, you will have: Relevant qualifications in aged care, or community services. Experience in coordinating community transport programs or services, preferably with older people. Knowledge of CHSP guidelines, aged care standards, safety and compliance for community transport, and wellness and reablement principles. Strong coordination, communication, and organisational skills to manage resources and volunteers effectively.
