Company Secretary, Head of Company Secretariat Company Secretariat and leadership position working for a professional services firm who are a market leader across the Asia Pacific region. The organisation provides a comprehensive range of corporate secretarial services to listed, non-listed companies as well as international subsidiaries or those companies considering an IPO. This role will lead and support the national team alongside the business development of new client relationships and the management of an existing portfolio. Excellent opportunity to lead, develop and mentor a substantial and experienced team with a wealth of corporate secretarial and governance knowledge. You are responsible for career development, recruitment, succession planning, performance reviews and the delegation of work. You will also manage the financial operations including fee structures, billing, and invoicing and collaborate with the business development team to grow the client base and lead any strategic projects. A professional qualification and ASX listed company secretarial work experience is essential as well as demonstrable people management and leadership expertise. It is also key that you have some background in business development and client relationship management as well as strong analytical, problem-solving, strategic thinking and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
