About the Role We are seeking a Completion and Commissioning Management System (CCMS) Officer to join our HSEQ team in Malaga (Perth, WA) in a permanent full-time capacity. This role is responsible for managing and maintaining Radlink’s Client CCMS, ensuring the efficient execution of commissioning activities within projects. You will play a key role in data integrity, system administration, and ensuring compliance with project workflows and requirements. Key responsibilities include: Managing commissioning documentation, punch lists, and reporting within the CCMS Preparing work packs, including quality templates and test sheets, for commissioning activities Training and supporting project personnel on CCMS usage and system functionality Generating progress reports and analytics to track project milestones and KPIs Conducting system audits to ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive commissioning success. Skills and Experience To be successful in this position, we are seeking candidates with: A relevant qualification in engineering, project management, or a related field Experience in commissioning, completions, or a related project management role Proficiency in using CCMS platforms such as ICAPS, Hexagon, or Continuum Edge Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to train and support others Knowledge of industry standards and best practices for commissioning and completions High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications A valid C-Class Driver’s Licence and the flexibility to travel to project sites as required.
