COMPLEX CASE COORDINATOR STUDENT LIFE JOONDALUP & MOUNT LAWLEY $100,512 TO $112,622 PA (HEW 7) FULL-TIME ONGOING Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our Student Life team as a Complex Case Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting students with complex needs, ensuring they receive the necessary resources and interventions to achieve their academic and personal goals. The purpose of this position is to provide expert advice, coordination, and resolution of complex student incidents that impact the wider ECU community. These include incidents dealt with under Fitness to Study Policies and Procedures, Complaints, Reports of Sexual Assault/Sexual Harassment, student deaths, and global, national, local, or individual incidents that impact the wellbeing of ECU’s student cohort. In addition to this, the Complex Case Coordinator may also provide support to students navigating the general or academic misconduct procedures at ECU. The Complex Case Coordinator will work as part of a broader Safer Communities team to coordinate case management processes. The successful candidate will be actively involved in a range of initiatives and activities and also provide advice and training to university staff to promote student wellbeing. Benefits & Remuneration This full-time, ongoing position attracts remuneration of $100,512 TO $112,622 PA (HEW 7) plus 17% University superannuation contribution.
