Your next role..... You will be joining a national top-tier construction organisation, with a specialist division providing complex new build and refurbishment projects across the health, sciences, education, and civic project sectors - often taking on the building projects the traditional refurb head contractors struggle to deliver.As the Project or Senior Project Manager (dependent on experience), you will be reporting into the Construction Director, leading a small team across one to two projects at a time (dependent on project size complexity), overseeing the financial performance, project deliverables, and the skills/development of your team.Whilst the business delivers projects within the $500K through to $30M - this role requires a Senior level Project Manager who is comfortable and experienced delivering relevantly complex projects in excess of $15M. Due to the ongoing project opportunities in this specialist project space, you will be heading up a new project team, adding to the 5 other project teams within the business - growing a team of CA's and Site Managers to deliver your project portfolio.Does this suit you? If you are experienced delivering health, university, or scientific-related projects (think operating theatres, research facilities, complex heritage buildings, etc.), have good tenure in previous roles (shown stability and not jumped around too frequently), enjoy the responsibility of leading and developing less experienced construction professionals, and take a positive and collaborative approach to your client and project stakeholder interactions - we'd love to hear from you!Should you apply?
