An exciting opportunity awaits for an experienced Compliance & Quality Control Manager to join our team on a 12-month maximum term maternity leave contract. Situated at our new offices on Wellington Street in Bunbury, you will work closely with and report to the General Manager—HSEC. Your key role will involve spearheading the development and execution of an extensive compliance program across MGM. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the continuous upkeep of the ISO 45001 and 9001 Safety and Quality Management System to ensure adherence and excellence. Join us in this pivotal role to drive organizational compliance and quality standards to new heights Your responsibilities will include: Maintain and develop the organisational compliance framework Conduct internal audits to ensure departmental compliance obligations are met Educate and support internal stakeholders to ensure they meet their compliance obligations Maintain and develop the Safety Management and Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure that the organisation maintains certification to the international standard ISO 45001 and 9001:2015 Provide support and company awareness of the QMS Provide reports to management on the performance of the QMS Maintain and develop the Controlled Document Management System (CDMS) Ensure that the administration of documents is completed in compliance with the CDMS Ensure the Document Management Standard and EDMS comply with the 9001:2015 Quality Management System Plan, schedule and coordinate the internal audits for the WA Heavy Vehicle Accreditation (WAHVA) & National Heavy Vehicle Accreditation Develop and strengthen relationships with managers and employees across all branches Why pick MGM? Knowledge and Skills Requirements: Extensive knowledge in maintaining and managing Quality Management Systems (ISO9001) Extensive knowledge in maintaining and managing compliance with the OSH System 45001 Extensive knowledge of WAHVA & NHVA Standards Knowledge and experience in implementing and managing Comply Online System Strong Technical experience in Compliance Programs Strong working knowledge of Auditing Excellent organisational, analytical skills and computer skills Broad knowledge of the transport industry Tickets, Licences and Qualification Requirements: Tertiary qualification in a relevant field or equivalent work experience Diploma in Quality Auditing Quality Systems Auditor training. A minimum of 5 years previous experience in a similar role Valid C Class WA Drivers Licence What Next?
