Job Description Reporting directly to the Conference & Events Manager, your strong administration skills and precise eye to detail will assist smooth running of our Conference and Events department. What you'll be doing: Assist in the preparation and follow-up of conference proposals. Assist with the formulation of quotations for conference proposals covering venue, function, menu, and accommodation costs. Type correspondence and accurate Banquet Event Orders (BEO’s). Collaborate with multiple hotel departments to ensure smooth running of daily operations. Qualifications To be successful in this role you will have: Previous knowledge of function and/or events sales, ideally within the hospitality industry beneficial. Ability to plan, prioritise and organise workflow. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye and attention to detail. Great problem-solving & time management skills. A friendly, energetic personality with an ability to build rapport easily.
