Job Description Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, the Precinct Conference & Events Sales Manager is responsible for developing sales initiatives and strategies to achieve sales goals and enhance productivity and profits within the Conference & Events (C&E) sectors. The role will lead the team to explore new business opportunities whilst maintaining good relationships with established clients. The role includes but is not limited to: Driving sales to ensure revenue and conversion targets are achieved for C&E business including Residentials. Liaising with the entire operations team to ensure high quality, impeccable service and experience is provided. Providing quotations for conference and events proposal covering venue, function, menu and accommodation costs ensuring revenue is maximized. Leading the reactive sales team including the overall coordination of events and conferences. Hosting high value client site visits and developing relationships. Qualifications You will be motivated, organized and outgoing by nature with the drive to continually learn and progress your career. Strong attention to detail and drive to succeed. Extensive experience in hotel Conference sales with a strong commercial acumen. Ability to work occasional weekends as required by client or organization. Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple clients at the same time.
