Base Salary: $135,661 - $142,194 (p.a.) Total Effective Package: $164,034 - $171,384 (p.a.)* Full Time, Continuous contract Working with Central Australian Aboriginal Congress not only offers rewarding career options, but a wide range of employee benefits including: Competitive salaries, generous salary packaging Six (6) weeks' annual leave A strong commitment to Professional Development Access to the Congress health services for you and your immediate family at no cost District allowance Role Description: The Connected Beginnings Manager (CB Manager) will work with partnering agencies to develop a cohesive and coordinated service system to ensure Aboriginal children in the Congress service area are accessing effective and high-quality services specific to their health, development, and educational learning needs.The position works closely with early childhood providers, the Department of Education, and key stakeholders, with the overall responsibility for the implementation of the shared governance model, collective impact approach, communication strategy, monitoring/guiding continuous quality improvement and establishing/maintaining partnerships across sectors. To be considered for this position, you will require: Tertiary qualification in leadership, management, early childhood or a relevant field or extensive Senior Management experience in a Childcare environment. Extensive experience in a senior position with strategic leadership, expertise and management experience that resulted in the effective delivery of services to the community. Extensive experience in primary health care with knowledge in the area of child health and development. Experience in developing and maintaining effective networks, alliances, and relationships with families, individuals, communities, and health sector organisations. Current Drivers Licence.
