Job Description

Your New Firm Your new firm has a specialist focus and market-leading expertise in construction. With a sought-after client list of international and domestic clients, you will experience some of the best work in Queensland in this space. Your New Role Joining this large specialist team, you will act for clients on large-scale projects across a variety of industry sectors in the management of disputes that arise during and after project delivery, including in the context of adjudications and expert determinations. You will also act on high-value and complex litigation and arbitration that will see you prepare advices, draft legal submissions for adjudications and expert determinations and have day-to-day conduct of litigious matters. As a senior member of the team, you will also be responsible for supervising the work of less experienced lawyers. Please note: We are seeking lawyers from 5+ years PAE, up to Special Counsel level (2 positions).
