9 month Fixed term and Permanent Change Consultant opportunities Bring your transformational change knowledge and/or experience Open to candidates in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane Make your impact planning and facilitating change across PB in a highly engaged team In this Consultant Change role, reporting to the Portfolio Change Manager, you will: Work closely with the team to support and contribute to the completion of change management lifecycle activities Complete Change Impact Assessment and assessing organisational readiness for change Manage and track the Transition Plan for the program/project. Develop Change Strategy – supporting the program/project detailing the overall change management approach, key activities, resource requirements and costs. Stakeholder Management – work with key stakeholders involved in the program/project. Support the design of Communication Strategy and Plan and its delivery Training Delivery – contribute to the training needs analysis and plan the delivery of training requirement associated with the Change delivery. What you will bring: Experience in Agile Change Delivery & Transformation, ideally in a complex environment Prosci qualification will be highly regarded Excellent organisational skills and delivery of project plans Experience in influencing key stakeholders to ensure initiatives/projects are completed on time, on budget and with desired user outcomes Training design and delivery experience will be advantageous A diverse and inclusive workplace works better for everyone We know that our people make us who we are.
