As a Consultant – Early Learning, you’ll work closely with childcare centres to deliver impactful business solutions, optimise operations, and foster growth. Key Responsibilities Business Development: Identify opportunities to expand the client base, positioning our services as the go-to solution for childcare centres. Client Relationship Management: Build lasting relationships with clients by providing tailored advice and support that address their unique needs. Strategic Planning: Partner with clients to craft strategies that improve their operational efficiency and market competitiveness. Project Delivery: Manage end-to-end consulting projects, ensuring outcomes are delivered on time, within budget, and exceed expectations. Operational Insight: Provide expert advice on managing childcare operations, including compliance, staffing, and performance optimisation. Market Awareness: Keep up to date with trends, regulations, and best practices in the childcare sector, sharing insights to help clients thrive. Reporting and Analysis: Deliver actionable performance insights through detailed reporting and analysis of client operations. About You Industry Experience: At least 1 year of experience managing 1–3 childcare centres, with a strong understanding of operational and regulatory frameworks. Business Savvy: Proven expertise in business development and client relationship management, with a strategic and results-driven approach. A Strong Communicator: You can engage and influence stakeholders with ease. Analytical Thinker: Capable of providing actionable recommendations backed by strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
