THE ROLE The Senior Learning Consultant will work in the Practice Support and Training team to deliver a range of practice support and training activities including training development and facilitation of training to The Orange Door and sector. The role will also project manage practice support activities from their inception to implementation and review, implementing a strategic approach to supporting operational and practice change aligned with key reform priorities in family and sexual violence. Accountabilities Include Conduct or participate in learning needs analysis to ensure learning and development offerings align with the needs of The Orange Door and department. Provide expert advice and evidence-based recommendations on learning and development opportunities that align with the needs of The Orange Door and the department and which result in beneficial and measurable outcomes. Contribute to the development, management, facilitation, and delivery of learning and professional development that meet contemporary practice in the family violence and children and families sector.
