Salary: MP Year 1-9 $675.62 - $859.19 per session (inclusive of base salary and applicable allowances) Location: Rockingham Unit/Division: Peel And Rockingham Kwinana Health Service > Rockingham General Hospital Work Type: Fixed Term - Part Time, Permanent - Part Time, Seasonal We are currently seeking Gastroenterology Consultant Physicians to join our team at Rockingham Hospital's Surgical and Specialist Care Division. This is a recruitment pool for sessional, permanent or fixed term appointments, with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency. As a Gastroenterology Consultant Physician , you will: Lead the multidisciplinary team to provide specialist gastroenterology services to patients Promote patient safety and quality of care Provide leadership, orientation, training, supervision and education, where relevant, for Doctors in Training (DiT’s), health service medical practitioners and other health workers In collaboration with the Head of Department and other Consultants, work to achieve national, state and South Metropolitan Health Service (SMHS) performance standards and targets Work within the scope of clinical practice as defined and recommended by the SMHS Area Medical Credentialing Committee.
