Join the largest general insurance group in Australia and New Zealand as a Consultant, Property Claims.Your Role Operate in a fast-paced environment, support customers through major life events. You’ll manage complex claims from start to finish, assessing cases, gathering information, and making fair decisions based on policy guidelines. You’ll coordinate repairs and replacements with builders and suppliers, ensuring timely resolutions. Keeping customers informed, you’ll handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maximise settlement opportunities. Your journey with IAG begins on March 31, 2025, with comprehensive office-based training and Rockpool development at our Hurstville office until July 11, 2025. During the training period, you'll be working from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday . Following training, the role requires availability between 7:15 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday . You’ll receive hands-on support to develop your skills in managing property claims, assisting customers, and coordinating repairs , setting you up for success in your role. On successful completion of training, this full time permanent role can be based from the following IAG office locations; Mulubinba (Newcastle), Dharug country (Parramatta) and Bidjigal country (Hurstville).
