As the Consulting Suites Team Leader, your responsibilities will include: Providing leadership and management to the Consulting Suites department staff. Overseeing consulting administration functions in areas such as: Leading the day-to-day efficient and safe running of the Consulting Suites, including achievement of KPIs, accountability for staffing, recruiting, supplies, service provision to tenants (permanent and sessional), and management of written tenancy agreements and licenses. Creating a compelling Consulting Suites service offering, advancing a culture of exceptional customer service for Visiting Medical Officers (VMOs) and patients. Building relationships with VMOs and their staff. Ensuring services are provided to VMOs in a timely manner and with excellent customer service. Accountability for staffing, recruiting, onboarding, and training. Service provision to tenants (permanent and sessional) and management of written tenancy agreements and licenses. Leading, coaching, and developing Administration Officer team members, furthering a high-performing team. Minimum Requirements: Medical administration or medical reception experience. 3+ years of experience in Consulting Suites or a senior position held in medical centers. TAFE/Certificate - Diploma level qualification in Front-line Management, Business Management, or related discipline. Experience with Genie & Gentu is highly advantageous. Ability to work well under pressure and think fast on your feet. Be a proactive team member. Established and managed relationships with key stakeholders, networks, and customers (e.g. VMOs, patients, families) from diverse backgrounds. Have led a team, including coaching, development, and performance management. Excellent communication, organizational, planning, and customer service skills. Ability to utilize numeric data to identify and implement improvements. Working abilities with Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel). Why Healthscope?
