We support a global population of highly engaged users on our enterprise engagement platform and apps, and we are looking to expand our team. We have an opening for a Content Implementation Specialist who can continue to engage our users on behalf of our clients. About You Process oriented (you appreciate order more than chaos) Highly Organized (even the back seat of your car is clean) Creative (you love to write, or you love to design, or you love them both) Up for a challenge Enjoy problem solving (puzzles make you happy, not anxious) Background in creating e-learning is a plus Understanding of Adult Learning Models appreciated How You'll Add Value Be a platform rockstar helping wherever need to support a global base of users of our enterprise engagement platform Publish articles, documents, resources, guides, and everything else you can possibly imagine users want to access Communicate with our clients' team members Work with clients across every stage of engagement from platform implementation to usage and maturity Support the QA team with both testing and feedback for new system enhancements and capabilities Create end-user and internal system documentation Manage user access to systems (uploading of datasheets, modifying user roles) Troubleshoot issues reported Communicate effectively with the organization Work closely with our Project Management team to make programs a success Enjoy a highly supportive culture A Day in the life: Troubleshoot issues identified Participate in a client call to capture new requests Publish daily content to our communities Work with UX team to design new badges for an upcoming promotion Create and assign new user roles to empower users to access specific content Update 100 day plan for a client to keep the status up to date and on track ABOUT PULSE Pulse is a global software provider.
