About the role We need a driven, creative Content Lead who lives and breathes ecommerce to take our content strategy to the next level. What You’ll Do: Create Killer Video Content: Own the process from scripting to filming to editing (using tools like HeyGen or similar) for Instagram, YouTube, and beyond. What you'll be responsible for: Develop and distribute video content that promotes the brand, its product or service, or other messages, to achieve specific goals. Social Media Content Creation: Create visual and written content that is optimized for social media channels to achieve specific goals. Media Management: Plan, develop, and execute media campaigns to build positive relationships between the organization and its media and targeted audiences. Skills you'll need: Accurately identifies and rectifies discrepancies or errors that exist in information and deliverables. Creativity: Generates multiple innovative/new/novel ideas to solve a problem. Learning agility: Identifies and applies strategies to enhance reception, retention, and use of newly acquired information, skills, and abilities.
