In this position, you will empower young people to overcome challenges and pursue their education, making a meaningful and lasting impact.Collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will ensure the seamless delivery of services tailored to meet diverse needs. This includes planning courses, developing resources, tracking performance data, and ensuring strict adherence to compliance standards. This dynamic and rewarding role combines operational expertise with the opportunity to drive significant social impact.You will be working on the Early School Leavers and Start Your Future initiatives, contributing to the transformative goals of the Education Pathways Program.About You To succeed in the role, you will have proven experience in coordination, implementation and monitoring of educational contracts and a passion for empowering young people.Your strong organisational skills and attention to detail ensure you can manage multiple priorities and deliver results within tight deadlines.
