About the Opportunity As Contract and Sales Associate, you will be integral to delivering comprehensive administrative support across ECH's Property and Retirement Living services, expertly managing all documentation from initial entry contracts through to exit procedures. This pivotal role demands meticulous attention to detail in ensuring legislative compliance while coordinating unit occupancy, processing License to Occupy contracts, overseeing vacant units, and maintaining precise resident records across multiple platforms. Beyond the administrative framework, you will cultivate meaningful relationships through direct client engagement, conducting unit tours, facilitating information sessions, and undertaking market research, all while fostering strong connections with residents, families, and stakeholders to deliver an exceptional retirement living experience. About You The ideal Contract and Sales Associate is a dynamic professional who combines exceptional organisational abilities with genuine empathy, bringing a vibrant energy and meticulous attention to detail to every aspect of their work.
