Your key responsibilities Day-to-day coordination and administration of our Hard Surface Reinstatement (HSR) contract. Provide contract administration and coordination for the HSR Reactive Maintenance contract, including work order reviews, analysis of financial and contractual performance and assist in business reporting. Undertake analysis and reporting of contract performance and important milestones. Proactively identify and develop improvement opportunities, such as improving customer service, reducing environmental impact, implementing cost mitigation strategies, identifying efficient ways of working, helping to strengthen cross business support. Support Contract Managers in management and reporting of budget performance relevant to the HSR contract. Undertake reviews of submitted work orders for the HSR contract, to ensure accurate reflection of the contractual requirements and costs prior to approval and payment to the Delivery Partner & contractors. Assist in conducting analytical reviews based on monthly work volumes and costs to identify variances to forecasts, ensuring accurate financial reporting & associated commentary. What we’re looking for Tertiary qualification in Business management, contract management or equivalent - desirable. Diploma in Project Management or equivalent – highly desirable. Strong ability to interpret and analyse data to drive informed decisions. Excellent time management skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines. Ability to prioritise tasks in an ever-changing environment. Self-motivated with a proven track record of independently managing responsibilities. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced expertise in key applications. To view the full position description, click HERE.
