Your Role As the Contract Manager for our C-27J Program you will be a key member of the C-27J Senior Leadership Team and support the C27J Program Manager in the management and oversight of all requirements of the C-27J Contract and the delivery of the scope of Through Life Support Services (TLS) for the C-27J platform. You will also be called upon to deliver the following: Exercise commercial acumen to provide sound, risk balanced advice to the C-27J Program Lead and support the resolution of contractual claims and issues with the ADF Monitor contract KPI’s and identify areas where performance relief may be appropriate. Strict management and compliance with contract process such as award term reviews, period cost reviews and contract notifications Management and co-ordination of contract deliverables Engage with C-27J Program peers and other supporting functions within NGA in the process of meeting the delivery of all contract and internal NGA requirements Lead and develop a small team of Contracts Support staff Guide the C-27J Program in compliance with NGA policies and procedures About You With your experience in managing complex contracts, you will be an experienced Contract or Legal professional with; A formal qualification in Business or Law Experience in contract management including preparation and drafting of Contract Changes, Survey and Quotes, and Contract deliverables Working knowledge of ASDEFCON contracts is beneficial but not essential Strong people leadership skills Commercially astute and comfortable in a fast-paced environment What we Offer Whatever your role, life stage or background, you can shape your career here in your way with highly challenging work, great colleagues and career development, plus a range of flexible benefits and working patterns.
