We are currently looking for experienced, motivated, and passionate candidates to join our team in the capacity of Control Room Operators. The ideal candidate for this position must be able to build excellent rapport with customers and have an impressive ability to communicate. About the role Reporting into the Site Supervisor and the Client Delivery Manager, this role is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers & patrons as well as protecting our clients' assets. Duties include but are not limited to: Overseeing and monitoring surveillance cameras, alarms, and other security systems. Responding to security incidents and emergencies. Implementing and monitoring access control systems. Managing visitors and contractors. Enforcing client security policies and procedures. Protecting physical assets, such as buildings, equipment, and inventory. Conducting regular security patrols and inspections. Coordinating responses to incidents and emergencies. Skills and experience To be considered for placement you will need to have the following skills/traits: Proven experience as a Control Room Operator. Fully qualified and licensed for Security Operations in NSW. Control Room Operator capacity on the Security License is a must. Current First Aid Certification. Proven spoken and written communication skills in English. Basic Microsoft Office skills. Access to reliable transport. A passion and drive to succeed.
