THE ROLE: Drive guest satisfaction across restaurant and event spaces by delivering an exceptional food product Collaborate closely with the F&B Service leadership team and all other departments Work with the Executive Chef on menus showcasing the best of regional produce Oversee workplace health and safety procedures and food safety regulations Be a part of an engaged team environment with a great local reputation ABOUT YOU: Your many talents include: Demonstrated experience in a high functioning commercial kitchen setting Ability to work independently and under pressure Availability for Casual Hours and effective across a 7-day roster High attention to detail with sound interpersonal skills Please note - we are seeking long term, local residents and are unable to offer a sponsorship arrangement.
