As a Coordinator, Committee Services, you will: Collaborate closely with the Chair of the designated standing committee of the Academic Board to ensure that committee membership, terms of reference, and business schedules are maintained and fulfilled to an appropriate standard. Consult with a diverse range of stakeholders to ensure that committee terms of reference and business schedules are fulfilled. Identify emerging issues that should be considered by the designated committee and lead work with the Chair, committee members, and other stakeholders to ensure that these issues are considered and addressed. Establish and maintain strong relationships with committee members and other stakeholders who contribute to or are end-users of committee business and outputs. Ensure that committee administration is efficient and effective, providing advice to key stakeholders on how committee business can be managed in concise terms that can be understood readily by committee members and end-users. To be successful, you’ll have: A Degree with substantial subsequent relevant experience; or Extensive experience and management expertise in technical or administrative fields; or An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training. Knowledge of governance practices and processes in an education environment.
